if a guy teases you cause you wouldnt take things further when he asked you too, (not actually dating, just seeing eachother casually), does he like you and is he just embarrased?

Yes, well not so much as embarrased but mad and fustrated at the situation! So the teasing is more like taking it out on you, because he knows that all he can do!! Sounds harsh, but male hitting a female just isnt right!

He may like you, but not everyone who teases another person is a sign of love of respect.
It is likely that if you feel some sympathy for him, he does too, there is a mutual feeling and if teases you after you dont take things further it´s very likely he is telling you he likes you without words but with actions and attitudes.
It is important to know his age and your age to understand how he react and how you see or interpret things.

That's the sort of thing that guys do at school so I am assuming that you are of school age, if that is the case then hell no, don't take it further. If you are older than school age then hell no, dont take it further, he's immature!

I don't think that teasing is a natural manifestation of feelings like embarassment or liking. And one who can't respect another's choice is deficient in his thinking. The guy is plain stupid. Even if he likes you it is superficial.

Give him a chance to get over it, he is probably just acting up to make himself look good for you or other people around him. Let him get it out of his system and he will soon calm down.
