Hi, I know your probably thinking man this girl is asking how to get rid of bad breath, man she doesn't brush her teeth, Well I Do!! I take good care of my teeth but I still seem to have discoloration and bad breath, is it because of what I eat, and how do I fix this?

sometimes what you eat can cause bad breath. try brushing your tongue, it sounds dumb, but dental hygenists say that brushing your tongue helps get rid of germs and it should be part of your daily brushing routine.

Have you tried brushing your tongue? Gently for 20 seconds or so each time you brush, see if it makes a difference.
Also, flossing can help if you are not doing it. Tiny pieces of food start to decay and break down and this can cause bad breath as well.

do you, by any chance, drink well water? this may cause the discoloration. see your dentist about the breath. there could be decay that you're unaware of. hope this helps.

do you have your tonsils in still they can cause big time bad breath. you may have post nasal drip that does it too.ther are toothpastes on the market that contain oxygen which kill bacteria insted of feeding it like alot of toothpastes do there are nasal drops and rinses as well with oxygen.

hi, i have the same problem and i just chew alot of gum. also you might want to go to the dentist and get a checkup you might have periodontal disease.

You could carry around peppermint gum, tic-tacs, or evan breathmints.
