Someone without who feels they are without sexual urges is sometimes called asexual. I think that term is a little harsh though as it implies one is without sexuality at all.
It may just be a phase that you are going through. Especially as a teen. Even though many boys develop sexual preferences at puberty there are many who do not, or who's preferences change as they age.
If you are content in yourself and enjoy just having friends I wouldn't worry about it. If it really bugs you talk to someone like a doctor to see if hormone levels or other biological factors are the cause.
