Four-button means it has 4 buttons on the car-key. You need more information from the website or manual to know what each one does (perhaps open doors, close doors, deadlock doors and one other)

S.A.W. indicates that the circuitry in the car key uses a Surface Acoustic Wave electronic filter.

Anti-Code Grabbing means that the key is designed to prevent anyone with suitable receiving equipment listening in to the signal between the key and the car, recording it and then using it to create a duplicate key.

Transmitter, just indicates that the key transmits an electronic signal to the car locking system to lock/unlock the doors and enable/disable any alarm/immobilisor system.

See link to article and link to wikipedia entry on Surface Acoustic Wave, which has a link to Surface Acoustic Wave filters.
