i ve had mine tattoos for 3years and they are with bad ink and soot
like coal soot if something was going to happen like my body being poisoned would it have already happened or what?

You what now? What exactly is "bad ink"? and why soot?
Most likely you would have had a pretty immediate reaction to any problems this may have caused. Tattooing deposits the ink deep into the skin thus allowing any infection or bacteria to be absorbed very quickly. Think about how fast it takes the blood to travel from your head to your toes, mere seconds! If you were going to get any reaction from your tattoo materials, it is long past!

If you were poisoned you would have known within the first week of getting your tatto.
