What's the name of the sheet that paramedics use to cover the dead out in public?

I usually just use the cot sheets that we normally put on the stretcher. I just fold them and tuck them around the body.
The police have a special fluid impervious sheet that they will use to cover human remains. I don't know the name of it, though.
