Because the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one, Satan the Devil.
We are given God's promise that terrorism will soon be a thing of the past. Consider what the Bible says regarding this--
PSALM 11:5--"Jehovah trieth the righteous; But the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth."
MICAH 4:4--"But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig-tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of Jehovah of hosts hath spoken it."
PSALM 37:9-11--" For evildoers shall be cut off; but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. For yet a little while and the wicked shall not be; yea, thou shalt diligently look for his place, and it shall not be. But the meek shall inherit the earth, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace."

There is evil on the earth every since the begining of time. And their were murders and terrorists as well. For enstance, Cain killed Able, his brother because he was jelious. Life is so sad now a days. We can only go on with life and try to help the people who want to hurt others.

Because there cannot be good without bad, light without obscurity, hot without cold etc..
This is the nature of this creation.
This give us the opportunity to make our choice.
The temptation of being bad exists, and we the human being must control this temptation and give love to others.
But there are other people who fail in this experience, and are led by their temptations as animals without any control.
The experience is also for the good people to decide how to deal and defeat the terrorism.

They are here to teach us the value of a loving response. They show us this by modeling the opposite for us so we can see the horror of it's consequences. Their value to us is incalculable.

well in my opinion it's because muslims/arabs started it..
i'm not anti semetic but i do remember studying the koran and it is written to fight those that are not muslims or killing any threat...
and what terrorists think is that just having israelis walk on this earth is a threat.
this is just one example..
now korean terrorists??? that i dunno...may be they think another nation is a threat or anyone that's not like them is a threat.
