Since males are not designed to have a small waist and well rounded hips this probably just isn't going to happen. A corset could help provide the illusion of an hourglass figure with the proper padding but I wouldn't think this as a permanent solution would be a wise idea since you could damage internal organs. I am sure there are plenty of Internet sites that could provide you with corset options to suit your expectations.

The corset method that used all those years ago caused massive internal damage and mis-shape of the internal organs. And often claimed the lives of the young girls/women forced to wear them. I would not reccomend this method. Get to a gym and seek advice there. The should have multiple pieces of equipment to help you achieve or get closer to the shape you want.

Crunches and sit ups. I've been doing them every day, twice a day for a month and I've already seen a significant decrease. Just remember to do 25 repetitions of each. This means that by the end of the day you will have done 50 sit ups and 50 crunches. Also, crunches are shorter and faster than push ups. You don't come all the way up to your knees as you would with a sit up.

well, i would go with serious diet and exercise. then find someone to corset you daily. and take it slowly. waist training takes time.
i will be honest and tell you that your odds of success are low.
