First, we need the value of one "up." Then we need to know how many "ups" one can stack before it architecturally becomes unviable. But the question would then become, "How high can you stack up's before they become unstable?"
Now if this is a drug question and you are talking about "uppers," an old word from the 60s and 70s, then you would have to ask an old Hippie how "high" they got on "uppers."
If you are talking about the direction "up," then that becomes the question of the ages: How far up in outer space can we eventually go before we hit a wall?
