Meditation and Deep relaxation for starters. Ask questions however dont expect answers.
Allow the universe to give you the answers. Take note of things, people conversations, signs, sounds, unexpected gifts and meetings of chance. All these 'signs' are from your guides (spirits). Once you see the sign, thank them. Dont think you are going crazy. They will guide you into making decisions and confirm your deepest doubts on issues, allowing you to finally trust your intuition.

Which spirits do you want to communicate with?
Brandy, Whiskey or Rum?
Normally, I simply buy a bottle, sit down look at the bottle and drink. That way I am in total communication.
Only when the bottle is done, then I lose all communication.

You better be careful because there is aspirit realm and its nothing to mess with.Satan know what he his doing he is very clever and you must put the armor of God on (Ephesians 6) and know what your talking about. Now entering The Holy of Holys us must enter his gates with thanksgiving and praise following by repenting your sins followed by worship if you read i believe either in Leviticus or Numbers it tells you how to enter his Gates. Very interesting

dude, you cant, god forbids it. There is a void between the two dimentions that no man can cross. When you comunicate with the "other side" you are realy talking to demons. You know fallen angels? All the dead are in a "sleep" words spoken by jesus.

if you find out please let me know. I can sense a presense around me and i do talk to my spirit guide but cant communicate with her yet.
