eh, in a way yes in a way no.

If your asking the classic question can G-d make a rock that he cannot lift then the answer from a Jewish perspective is No.

a limitation that G-d has is that he has no limitations that and what ever he says must be true/good due to his nature.

so the two things G-d cannot do is limit himself and do the opposite of good (which is his very nature)

I could give an entire lecture on this topic but it gets esoteric at this point.

the limitation of G-d is that he can't do anything contrary to his own nature

i.e. G-d is incorporeal - jews don't believe jesus is G-d because G-d cannot go against his nature as an incorporeal being and become corporeal

the rock thing already mentioned - incorporeal G-d cannot lift a corporeal rock

and so forth...

Omnipotence was a Greek concept and is a false concept for reality. The Hebrew, biblical, God is very powerful, but omnipotence is an idea that isn't there. An omnipotent God is an idol- made up in the head.
