What do you do?? I Have been to them all, and although Costa Rica wasn't my favourite of your given choices but, I do think it would be the best choice for living and working

For political stability and natural beauty, choose Costa Rica. I don't know much about Panama. The DR is not doing well economically, that's why they all move to NY if they can. Mexico? It depends on where (which state?)and what field. Monterrey is a good bet.

I love Costa Rica, cause is a very relaxed country wth beautiful beaches on it, al though Mexico is a much bigger country, maybe with more working opportunities than costa rica and has also beautiful beaches.

Chile has a greater physically powerful economic gadget and a greater democratic government than maximum different Latin American international places.I visited there two times,one time residing there for 6 months.this is a ideal u . s . a . with friendly human beings. maximum suitable needs.

i would say el salvador its good for both living and working and having fun cuz i think its beautiful but its out of the question so id have to go with costa rica...
