Without a doubt it is the Eucharist of the Catholic Mass. We receive the Body and Blood of Christ. As Jesus said, when we eat His flesh and drink His blood, we have life within us.
It is also a really great sacrament that makes us the Body of Christ. I was kneeling and praying, just being with Jesus Christ after I had received the Eucharist and I heard over and over again the priest saying "The Body of Christ" and the person receiving Eucharist say "Amen". What first caught my attention was that the voices saying "Amen" were different. I then opened my eyes and saw people of many races, ages, heights, weight, and economic situation profess that not only what they were about to receive was the Body of Christ, but that THEY were the Body of Christ. It was a very moving experience and revelation from God that I will always remember.

Great question...My first inclination was to say worship through hymns and choruses, but now that I think about it, I LOVE a good sermon. I also have come to love worshiping through giving....
I'm not answering this very well, am I?
I think a service has to be strong in all areas of worship. In today's culture of "church-hopping" our only hope is to bring the congregation closer to God in any way we can.

Without question: The Holy Eucharist. Whether you call it Mass, or Holy Communion or Eucharist (which means "thanksgiving") - just knowing that Christ is Truly Present when we gather to partake of His Most Holy and Blessed Sacrament of the Altar - it's not just a "favorite part" - for me it's the essential part.
Jesus said: "Do this in remembrance of Me."
So, the Church does this. Every day, on Altars all over the world.
Thanks be to God!

Every part that brings me closer to God. This begins with praise and worship choruses and ends with the closing hymn.
Sorry if this sounds too simplistic.

The praise & worship music. Celebrating and giving glory to God is my favorite part. All the problems of life just fade away there.

I love all of it. The singing is a great way to praise god and feel His spirit. I like the praying because everyone has troubles to take to God. I also like the preaching. If you listen the sermons, they can be very uplifting and full of spiritual advice for your life.

Hymn singing is uplifting. A lot of British hymns were written in the Victorian era and they have rousing tunes and inspiring words. Even as a non-believer I find the sentiment of the hymns uplifting and positive.
