eat loads of bananas and mangoes coz dey have plenty of calories in them. also eat dates apples, drink milk because all these things are healthy and give you loads of calories and milk contains 'good' fat. don eat mcdonalds everyday by the way. youll regret it.

mix one banana fruit , 2 table spoons honey & one cup milk in a mixie .take this for your brekfast regularly with normal lunch & dinner.you will find the result after two months .you must also continue your routine exersizes for maintaining healthy build.
