Yes. Jesus. Read The Torah, Psalms, Proverbs, and the NT and see the promises of wealth, health, power, and joy for those that love, follow and believe the LORD and how to get it. All that you're looking for is there. Let the Holy Spirit be your teacher.

The four things you desire conflict. Happiness does not come from prosperity or power.

You need to stick to two; happiness and health or prosperity and power.

A good business masters degree from a renouned college some hard work and networking as well as flexible morals will get you prosperity and power.

Good religious teaching with strong morals (Judism, Islam, Budhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Native population practices etc.) will get you health and happiness.

These are all attributes you have to achieve yourself. But teachers can help you towards achieving those issues.

One of the keys to being successful as an adult is higher education. Let's face it, most people who are prosperous have jobs which require additional education.
Power is in the hands of those who have influence, primarily those who are in higher-level, thinking positions. That also requires an education.
Happiness often comes from being able to define and achieve your goals, that training comes from education.
Health is also related to being able to take care of yourself and having factors such as the ability to pay for medical care - by being able to get into a decent paying job with benefits. How do you do that...a good education.

So, in my mind, a teacher definitely can help you achieve all these issues. However, their job is to help you. But that means that you have to do what it takes to get there using the tools you are given.

Jesus, the Great Teacher, can give you joy...but it will be joy in the Lord, a joy that transcends all other circumstances whether good or bad.

He will also give you the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit so that you can live His way and have a bold witness for Him.

Health wise...well, He will also give you a home in the Father's house where there is no sickness, death or sorrow. These temporal realities will pass away and all things will be new in our Father's house.

Only you are responsible for your actions. However you can learn some of them. And a teacher ( a good one) can probably help in imparting the knowledge. A little bit of luck will also help. Paul Coelho in his book 'Alchemist' says '"When you want something, all the world conspires in helping you to achieve it." Good luck.

Not just any. But be careful of the ones that say they can. After all is said and done they know all you have is because of them; and they may want it back, and more.
