Oatcakes. Oats are also negative calorie foods i.e. they take up more calories to digest than you actually consume while eating them. Oatcakes with some low fat spread is good.

mmm... sorry to say this.. but fruits are the best!
when I used not to like them very much, what I did was to cut the apple in little pieces and mix it with natural yogurt (try yoplait or activia). That way you are eating yogurt with almost no sugar and a fresh fruit.

i actually enjoy the weight watchers snacks and the new baked walkers crisps. they all taste just as nice but they have a lot less calories.try some
