Do many recruits get disqualified or discharged from the USAF's Basic Officer Training (BOT)? If so, what are the most common reasons? What about SUPT? Some Air Force pilots and navigators have told me that the wash-out rate is high...

The washout rate is pretty high for officers anyway 40% was the last figure i heard

the washout rate for Aviation is high, but for the basic course, not so much. As long as you qualify physically and morally(you can get your clearance) you should be fine.
