Firstly you crying and upset comes from one of three rconditions
1. An undelivered conversation
2. An unfullfilled expectation
3 . A twarted intention
It comes from the condition of finding out that all we thought was true isnt, our own self deception being exposed to ourselves for what we thought it was.
Hodling onto the tears suppresses the pain, releasing them releases the toxins in the body also.
Have you not noticed that the beauty about crying is that after breakdown you always get brekthrough!
Learn to be ok with the way it is rather than attempting to manipulate situations to be "your way". Love and life doesnt "look" a particular way. The world is full of people upset that the world doesnt run "their way" . so learn to be ok with the way the world is then the world will shift around you and not the other way around.
Life is pain and pain is not letting go of change and moving with the transition!
Furthermore its to do with incompletions, so complete them no matter what it takes, otherwise you end up living in a jungel of incompletions that you drag with you through life!
Hope this assists

We'll I think it depends. Are you an adult trying to be strong for you kids? Or are you a Battered spouse or child being made to "suck it up" by an abuser? Everything you keep in will eventually come out. On the inside it take on another life form though. Like Anger Resentment, Hate. Not good things. I believe better out than in... (in most all cases.)

If you feel a good cry, let it out. It can prove dangerous to hold the tears in. As the body is primarily water, anytime tears are held in you stand a very good chance of drowning.
So.....cry it out. Good for the body, heart, and soul.

Depends how good you are at it:
You either .... don't cry.
... Or you try not to cry for a while, screw up your face in all kinds of silly ways... and eventually end up sobbing reluctantly.... which looks a lot more awkward than just crying naturally.

crying is a way in which a indivisual get things off from his/her chest..if you hold yourself from crying the sad feelings which want to get out from your mind never come out as a result of it you get more depressed..when you hold yourself from crying it feels like your burning from inside...so better to cry instead of getting more depressed..

Crying can be an important outlet for stress sooo I'd say the stress you're feeling could build up. It all depends on how you deal with things.

Well, it's pretty hard to do that. It becomes hard to talk becasue if I hold in my tears, I would have difficulty expressing my feelings without crying.
