Food. My dog sleeps all day and only wakes up either to wee or for 30 seconds when it's dinnertime. He could be thinking about advanced calculus or the merits of brahms over mozart but i sincerely doubt it.

I have no idea. But my dog, I swear, looks like he's smiling when he's laying there. So he must be thinking about something good!

I think they worry, that you're gonna try to teach 'em new tricks, so they pretend to be thick and stupid, just so they don't have to bother, so they lie there looking dumb and saying nothing.

I really dont know what they think, but if you have food, and they are laying their then they are trying to get the point thru that they are hungry. But other from that, I dont really know what they would be thinking about, I have always wondered that to.

I think mine dreams about playing because sometimes she twitches and does teeny barks an her tail wags when she is sleeping!
