Also how often do normally healthy people get them that swell. I have a couple that swell about 2 inches in length and stick out about an inch and are about 1 inch wide. I have been having problems with swelling glands for about 12 years. But when I see doctors they just look at them and give me antibiotics. Most of the time without even doing blood test let along any other test. I am just curious if others experience this.

oh no. That is terrible. The 2 that swell real large are in my groin,...and 1 in my neck that is a bit smaller.

i had one in my neck that went up and down for 6 months...turned out to be a cancer in my tonsil on that side. I found more in the chain below and behind it that made me press for a biopsy.

I also had swollen lymph nodes that turned out to be cancer :(, don't want to alarm you but you might want to see a few different doctors, if they all tell you the same thing then I guess stop worrying, but unfortunately doctors do make mistakes on occasion.
