I love PB & Bacon sandwiches. Use toasted whole wheat bread and put the PB on both slices of bread while they're still hot. Then, put 4 slices of bacon inside and yummm-o!

I scramble it with two eggs, grated cheese, a knob of butter ,strawberry jam and salt and pepper and place everything between two slices of toasted rye bread garnished with tomatoe and lettuce and all washed down with a pint of Greek yogurt.

Smashing way to end a day.
