love is give and take. you've got to be willing to give up some things and take some things as does your partner. some bad things happen as a test of Love. if it is LOVE and not LUST or just a fling, you'll make it work. There are two quotes that come to mind: "To love someone is to love thier flaws and accept them for who they are," and " Love is not looking into each others eyes. Love is looking outward together in the same direction."

when your in love, you think of the person constantly...you care about that person more than yourself...you can see yourself spending the rest of your life with them...you smile when you hear the sound of their voice or just their name...and you can't describe or deny the way you feel about that person even if you tryed...love can be selfish at times because you don't want to share your love one with anyone else but give him/her their space at times...sometimes horrible things are said because they don't know how to express themselves in anyother way or they're just jealous...if more is taken out of a relationship than is given then it isn't love in the first place or you two need to work on balancing the things given and taken...one should be satisfied with just giving and taking in the satisfaction of being loved by someone for being who they are...

I believe there are many kinds of emotions called 'Love'

For your first natural response to be of someone else, before yourself.

The biblical definition in King James is 1Corinthians 13 or 14.

When I question my actions, I read that.

To love someone else more than yourself is lifes greatest reward.

It takes a lifetime to realize the benefits of that phrase.

It's a song by Foreigner in 1984.
It's actually called, "I want to know what love is?'

If you can sacrifice yourself so someone else can go on living, then that is love. Anything else is just lust and companionship.

we all try to live good lives, give more, speak well of another, but you know, ultimately, we're all just human, let's not be too harsh on ourselves.
