Why do we build with 2x6 antiquated construction when we can use structured panels and ICF's?

ICF's are stronger, more thermal friendly, quicker to build and have better sound deadening properties. Why haven't
more builders caught onto this?

The suppliers of IFC's haven't done a good job of selling the public on the benefits of their product. Consequentially, the average homeowner doesn't want a house built of concrete. If you educate the public, the builders will come.
