Break the rack from the side and hit the 2nd ball(legal in 8 ball) or the one behind the 1 ball with some "draw" to keep from scratching.....hit thru and not down or it will jump and maybe cause of foul and you don't want that specially if you made the 8 ball.....you lose!!.....2nd ball in and little draw and watch the 8 ball move to the side pocket.....just try it and see it move....not every time but your chances are improved for a "snapper"!!!!

Break the balls with a lot of top english. this should break the balls and spin into the 8 and sink it into either the left corner or right corner.

Nope, pure luck...that is why not even the pros can sink it on a regular basis. Hit the rack hard and often, you are bound to do it once in while, but not consistantly.

Lot of top english, align ball slightly to right or left of center of head ball.
