Zyrtec and get a humidifier for your home, it will keep the cat dander down which is what causes the allergies, and will keep the cats skin hydrated so less dander is flaking off of him/her.

Some say overactive insulin production can overproduce histamines as well. Histamines make allergies worse. If you really want to keep your cat, ask your doctor for a fasting blood insulin test. Or just check out the suggestions at www.hufa.org for diets that lower insulin activity by lowering your intake of high glucose producing foods.

You could go to the doctor for allergy shots. Or take allergy pills, but that never worked for me. I too am allergic to cats, and other animals. But since I love animals, I just learned to deal with it. I'd rather be stuffed up and sneezing that get rid of them.

I recently went to a Specialist Allergy Doc about my allergies to animal fur. He said the only thing you can do is to take one-a-day anti-histamines and to try and avoid contact with them. I hate it coz I'm an animal lover too!!

The funny thing is, is that I grew up with animals and never had a problem, but, as soon as I left home and went to an animal-free household, that is when my body lost its resistance to the fur! Annoying !!!

It takes approximately 3 months for them to lose the runny butt and scratching with the help of ways. We diploma the nutrition (she's a sprint plump too) and that looks to assist plenty. We feed two times an afternoon with a pair little snackies while we take place to be abode. She's plenty happier and so plenty greater lively and has lost some weight. Ask your vet for advice for the way plenty to feed. that is often plenty under the bag, and your cat would be a pest and act like that is ravenous, even with the undeniable fact that it won't! good good fortune!
