Follow the following routine, make it your habit,
1. Do not starve yourself.
2. Eat your normal, healthy food to your fill.
3. Absolutely no junk food.
4. Take three good meals in 24hrs. and absolutely no eating in between two meals, not even tea or cold drinks or snacks.
5. Drink as much water as you can.
6. Eat salad and fruits.
7. Walk as much as you can.
8. Stay active, rest only when absolutely necessary.
9. Do not just think that you are overweight, just change your lifestyle and see the miracle !

dont see dreams, be in real life. yes u can decrease weight that much but not in 30 days, even if u try for that it will be harmful for u also. follow this for a amonth and see the result.
drink lotsssss of waterrrrrrr
eat fruitssss anytime of the day..
drink green tea it helps burn fat
grape fruit does too
do not eat after 6pm
dont forget the 2litrs of water a day
atleast 1hr of working out (cardio) everyday 7 days a week.. u should workout an hr everyday,,,
Ummm watelse.. eat a fist only of protein.. fish is the best... fish and veggies thats ofcourse lunch......

In my own experience even if only drink water there is no possible way to loose all that weight in one month, the most you can loose in a month i guess will be from 2 to 5 kilos, depending on your metabolism :(. Try drinking more water, drinking going sen tea. And to drinking shakes (fruit mixed with low fat yogurt) to make your tummy feel full. That way you eat still protein and replace at least to two meals. Good luck and don't stress too much, people who sleeps more and stress less, tend to lose weight more quickly ;).

Work out daily for 1 hr then avoid takin junk fod ,rice,oily food ,nuts.Then have 1 chapatti &fruits daily & see the magic
