You can get a fake social illegals do it all the time, they are stolen identity or from deceased people. You have probably got credit problems is why you are asking, people advertise for this kind of thing what they do is get you a tax I.D. number from a fake business and sell it to you saying you can use it for credit but it is nearly impossible you need to just get a small secured loan and start rebuilding you credit. unfortunately there are no quick fixes.
