i was lookin "**** the pain away" in arabic and a girl told me that they dont use such bad words but 2 use this instead but wats it mean?

If ya mean: إرمِ(ermi), it means "Throw." said to a singular. It is said to "you" only, not like "let's". The plural form used for more than 3 is (ermu)إرموا.
N.B.: I read some answers saying "arm", they are so wrong. Hand isكف (Kaf) and arm is ذراع(Theraع) "th like in this". You can say ذراع as (Thera'). Say Kaf with a low pitch "A" like in (cat), and Therع with the "A" in( father).
