It's my anniversary and I want to do something special - a bit different and original. It doesn't need to be huge but she reckons I'm a bit hopeless at this sort of thing, so I just want to surprise her. Any suggestions would be brilliant...

Wake her up to breakfast in bed and a buch of flowers (simple breakfast is good - cereal and toast with fresh orange juice and tea/coffee) Then take a long bath or shower together, nothing needs to happen but just having that intimate time together can often bring you closer. Put some music on and talk. Have a nice relaxing day together. Followed by a meal out for tea, doesnt have to be expensive, but that way she doesnt have to cook, and you dont have to fret over trying to cook. And drinks in a quiet pub that you are both comfortable in. Taxi home of course and a snugle in bed to finish the day.

Why do you have some flowers delivered, to her work place or home (if shes going to be at home), find out what perfume she likes, even jewellery. Put a present in the bed (perfume or jewellery) so throughout the day she'll have surprises, and even more when she gets into bed.
If you are going away, have some flowers delivered to the hotel.
Try not to think about your partner, telling you're a bit hopeless be cool about it........................lets hope she surprises you.

Set up a romantic setting and Kid - Nap her. Take her to an unknown location either hotel, cabin, or just a woodsy picnic depending on the budget. E-mail me for details. But remember in the case of love actions speak louder than words.

you could cook for her and take her out for a drink to the pub or you can take her out for a meal and couple of drinks but what ever you do call it a early note have a chill bottle of champine ready for her to be trict like your queen for a nite

show her u care.. do stuff u never did before, ask her to wear something you think she looks amazing in, or get her something nice, make her breakfast, hold her hand and look into her eyes and tell her. tell her u love her.
