Yoga, kickboxing, Pilate's. You could buy some hand held weights if you don't have any and do some exercises with those. Videos are good or depending on what kind of cable you have there are some stations just with fitness. Pick up a fitness magazine like Shape, Self, or Fitness, they'll have some suggestions for home workouts.

You can pretty much do any type of exercise that you want to do in your living room. You just need the right equipment. You can do sit-ups, push-ups, run on a treadmill, and yoga. Those are many possibilities that you can do while your at home and you fell like exercising.

Get a kickboxing dvd. This will give you high impact cardiovascular exercise and great toning (lots of punches and lunges). Alternatively, get Claire Sweeney's Weight Watchers dvd. As well as great nutritional advice, it consists of lots of exercise routines targetting different areas of the body. You can choose the different routines from the menu and just pick 1/2 hours worth each time. You can get this on www.weightwatchers.co.uk

Sit ups, push ups, running on the spot and an assortment of other exercises you learned in school. Whatever it takes to get your 30 minutes in and you don't need expensive equipment.

Buy a set of weights from Argos, a dumbell set costs £20.00. 3x weekly do reps of sets of 20. Work out which muscles you want to flex and follow the advice chart. Shut the curtains. Drink plenty of water.
