Yes, after nookie. Heaven forbid you wake up during it.

Whenever u can both go again, would b the right answer, 99% of the time. Though my ex had breathing difficulties alot of the time, & the only time they REALLY cleared up was during the act (he would notice straight after, not make comment at the time itself). So, sometimes, of an evening, I'd make it go on 4 a really long time, so that he was exhausted, & pretty much fell straight asleep, & had a great nights sleep, & didn't wake until his alarm went off in the mornin. Of course, I never told him, otherwise it wouldn't have worked. I just used 2 hate him suffering, & having night after night of broken sleep.
