The term "dinosaur" came into existence about 1841, when the fossils began to be discovered. Since the word did not exist before then, of course that word was not used in the original texts nor in translations such as the KJV (A.V.)!
And, specifically where in the Bible does it even mention "Bible"?
However ancient drawings show pictures very much resembling dinosaurs.
And the Bible mentions them.
leviathan, behemoth, tanniym
You can find them in concordances or using Google.

When did they come into the big picture? A couple of days before Adam was created. (Check Genesis 1).
What happened to the dinosaurs?
Some theorise that after the Flood, the global environment had a big chill [the most recent "ice-age"]. Most dinosaurs fond that climate inhospitable and gradually their population decreased.
==================
someone says: "Of course they ignore the fact that these beasts have been paired with modern day counterparts"
Like the Behemoth whose tail is like a cedar tree ... now paired with an elephant?? Ever see an elephant with a tail like a cedar tree?

Creationists would have you believe that they lived alongside man but died out after the flood, either because they weren't on board the Ark or because they couldn't survive in the "new world" due to changes in environment.
It's all rhetoric BS though. They don't take into the account the vast amount of species of dinosaur (or other creatures living at the time) and many of their "answers" leave more questions such as one answer I heard - "Man hunted them into extinction" All of them? The bigger ones may have been easier to hunt but the smaller, more nimble predators? And why are only 2-3 of these apparently mentioned in the Bible as Behemoth, Leviathan and Job's Whale. Of course they ignore the fact that these beasts have been paired with modern day counterparts, which as someone said, they didn't have names for at the time.
I read an article on Answers in Genesis recently that tried to discount the discovery of feathered dinosaurs in China as an "assumption" that the feather imprints were not what they appeared to be. It even went into unexplainedly attacking the artist's conception of a feathered dinosaurs as being influenced by modern day birds. Of course the image of the fossil impression of feathers was blurred to prevent any evidence from leaking to believers.
This kind of fingers-in-the-ears philosophy really does shock me. I didn't even know there were still people who thought this way till a few months ago.
Someone mentioned a "brontosaurus" in an answer above. Wow, the Bible mentions something that vaguely resembles a sauropod in description. What about therapods?

Read Job 40:15-41:34. Dinosaurs are not mentioned by name but these 2 creatures aren't ordinary. Behemoth and Leviathan.

Not that dinosaurs much matter to the story of God interacting with men, but it does menation large beasts and large monsters. Many believe these are dinosaurs. I don't have a Bible in front of me, so you'll have to look that up on your own.
If you get overly concerned with the HOW we got here you may miss out on the WHY we're here.

no it does not ,but many people do not know , that the bible was put together by scholars who sat down and decided what books would go into the bible and what books would not,so there r many books that r missing from the bible, maybe the answer is in one of the missing books, just think of all the unanswered questions that r probably in those missing books,i think that's another reason for all the diferent religions, thier bibles r based on some of those missing books
