Have you tried any weightloss pills? Which ones are the best? I would like something with fast results that can be purchased in stores rather than online.

I have tried weight loss pills, and they can be addictive. They are not good for you at all. I had a friend die at age 33 because she got so obsessed with losing weight that she ended up having a heart attack from taking diet pills. The only thing I will say if you insist upon trying them try the Stacker 2, but eat right with them, drink plenty of water, and exercise, it will help keep your heart strong. I'm not a doctor but I still suggest trying an alternative first. It might take a little longer but it's better then putting your body through that.

weight loss pills are not good for you. If you use them you will lose your water weight and the second that you stop taking them you will gain the weight back. They can also be addictive. A better way to lose weight is to balance a healthy diet and exercise.

Pills? dont take chances do it the right way. If you are trying to lose weight i would suggest you eat small portions rather than not eating at all because it keeps your metabolism going through out the day so you can actually burn calories. On top of eating small portions work out at least 30 min each day, and take vitamins so you wont lose the nutrients that are vital to your body. I lost over 160 lbs this way, good luck!!!

Better don't go for pills, this will not affect you now, but it will affect you later in its major way.
Have a brisk walk, eat more veg salads and don't sleep after eating.
Don't think about your weight all the time.

If you go that route be safe and keep hydrated. Too rapid weight loss is dangerous.
