This person is wanted in the US instead of showing up for court he fled to India i dont know what part of India he fled too

if he is an indian passport holder then u might get some information about his whereabouts(as mentioned in the passport) from the indian embassy in the usa ...and you can also contact the authorities in Inda...they may be able to locate him....if he is STILL in India..

Contact CID(Criminal Investigation Department) in India. Federal government is call Central government in India. See if they have site. Contact them to see if they will guide you.
Start at the embassy near you or a consulate near you.

Now this is tough. Its normally tough to find the people from India within India only. I hope your guy/gal is not of indian origin...
