I went to the dentist about a few months ago, the reason was beacause the dentist was suppose to remove my wisdom tooth. He supposevely took my wisdom tooth out. Now a few months latter, I have the same pain where I had the pain last time. Come to find out that my new dentist told me that I still have my wisdom tooth and that was never removed. Now I am thinking, what he took out of my mouth that I was in pain for almost 2 weeks and I was swollen. I need legal advise.

It would be malpractice. I am not sure if you can sue on what you are talking about. Get a consulatation.

You need medical advice also. People can and do have more than one wisdom tooth (or any other permanent tooth). If you had a hole where the tooth had been, and still have another one not erupted, that is likely what happened. If your second dentist is unaware of this, he would not make a good witness at the civil trial.

Get a copy of your medical record from the dentist and see exactly what procedure he did do, you may have been in to much pain to remember what he had told you.

I would go there before consulting an attorney, the best you would likely receive in a suit, is your refund for his bill, and your loss of work and current dentist bill.

get a copy of your dental record, make sure of what you were charged for and if you were wronged see an attorney. in addition to a refund of your bill you may also be entitled to pain and suffering

You have a heck of a lawsuit if you can convince a judge. Go for it!
