Best thing is try not to touch it during the day. Dirt from your hands contributes to acne. Wash your face with soap in the shower. Use a medicated scrub at night and apply Neutrogena pore clarifier. It's a clear gel that you spread thinly (make that very thinly) over affected areas. It worked for me.

If your acne is very severe, go to a dermatologist. Chances are he/she will prescribe tetracyclin (antibiotic) for you to take once or twice a day. I dated a girl who went from a few huge zits to very few small ones to none at all in the span of just a few weeks.

Proactive!!! For some reason my husband broke out while we were in the process of selling one house and buying another. His mother had some left over and gave it to him. One week later, all of the pimples were gone!

Proactive works for a while and then your face becomes use to it and it will stop. Use Murad! The website is below!

Pop them when you see the white heads, then wash your face with soap, then clean them with alcohol or facial, and then leave them alone and keep your face clean WELL
