I have rang the Drs and go on Friday, i am going to get help with my life, after years with mam who now is going to care and i know she be fine and can go and see her when i want, she run my life and stopped me doings and having a life i want to live catch up on things i have missed out thanks everyone for you help

It's a good idea to go and see your doctor. You sound as if you've got depressed with all the things that have been going on in your life.
I hope your mum is ok. I'm sure she'll be fine once she settles in. The home my mum-in-law is in is lovely, and they organise bus trips and concerts for them. Girls come in to do their hair and stuff.
I hope your life will get better from now on. I'm sure everyone who has been answering your questions will be thinking about you and wishing you luck.
