You have not seen chaos, danger and mayhem until you have driven a car in Rome, Italy with Paris, France as a close second.

I don't know which cities, but the worst states are New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, Ohio and some places in Canada.

The reason I think this is because here in Sarasota, FL, we have an influx of snowbirds from those states who are clogging our streets, and causing accidents.

Maybe they leave the best drivers at home, and just sent the lunatics here for the winter.

Any city in Florida. Maybe not the worst, but certainly the most rude. Actually, Miami just won the title in all the US cities that were surveyed.

i guess.... manila of the philippines...

the taxi drivers are abusive, so are the jeepney drivers...
most drivers do not follow the 'road rules'.
and a lot of drivers are selfish.(thus, causing very heavy traffic).

i am a filipino and am ashamed of it.
(but i don't drive yet)
