I am a 26 yo female and I recently did a liver cleanse to try helping my allergies, on the plan I don't eat for 3 days, just drink apple juice and water.

It was an interesting experience because I was not hungry and did not feel bad. I lost 4 pounds, but gained one back the first day I started to eat again, which by the way even eating an apple gave me an upset stomache because I had not eaten for 3 days.

I hope that helps.

i experimented with some of this stuff myself a few years back and im sure it would be different for different people you know because everyones bodys different, however in my case, i didnt eat for 12 days only i pack of peanut butter krackers per day and drank lots of water, it started out i was losing maybe not even a pound for the first 3 or 4 days and after that i would lose anywhere from 3 to 4 pounds per day over the period of my experience i had lost a total of 55 lbs. when i reached 148 lbs i couldnt lose anymore no matter how hard i tried, so now i am back to about where i started whice around 190 lbs

Well the problem with starving yourself is that you gain it all back when you start eating again. That is why you should never 'stop eating' becuase your body has to use whatever you've eaten and if you haven't eaten anything, when you finally do, your body will soak up all that food. NOT a good idea.

I dont think youll lose that many. When your body goes without food for a length of time it goes into shock and retains as many calories as it can. However I think you should expect to lose about 2 pounds

None for the first week or so you gain weight, because you live off of your body fat. You begin to loose weight once your body fat is not providing what your body needs.

Not as many compared to if you eat healty food and exercise. When you starve yourself your body stores fat in case you decide to stupidly do it again

actually, skipping meals causes your body to go into metabolic shock and start turning your muscle into fat cells.

I found this site. Don't know if it will help
i just googled "skipping meals"
