Sweetcorn is a hybrid version of regular corn. Regular corn is considered a grain where as sweetcorn is vegetable. Both are considered corn.

No, it's a very nutritious vegetable. Yummy on the cob with a little butter and the baby corn is great in stirfries!!

if its canadian or american it is almost certainly genetically modified, even if not intentionally so, non GM crops have cross pollinated with thier GM counterparts so just about all sweetcorn now has GM properties

yes it is.. be careful, and definately do not buy any real estate from sweet corn. and don't even listen to any of sweet corn's get rich quick schemes. but do invite sweet corn over for dinner.
