Ideally, you should eat a well-balanced diet. Eat as many natural foods as possible and excercise a little every day. You will feel better. : )

You said, "The more we eat the more we feel tired"
This is because, soon after you eat the digestive system send a massage to demand more blood to the system so it can process all that food, this is why in lots of culture it common for people to take a nap soon after eating. Actually there is so much blood some times goes to stomach that people feel light headed and are force to lie down.
The cure in your case is three fold.
1. Eat only what you need.
2. Break up the eating habits in to Small portions 6 to 8 meals.
3. Watch the over all calorie you take in, in a day.
See what happens, I do have two articles by me, you should be able to use some parts of it.

HEY FIRSTY ,IF YOU ARE GETTING UP LATE THEN STOP IT IMMEDIATELY AND START GETTING UP EARLY. DO BIT OF EXERCISE. IF CAN'T DO FOR 1HR. THEN FOR JUST 15 MINUTES BUT MAKE SURE PUT YOUR 100% AND ALSO THINK IN THE EARLY MORNIGN THAT THIS DAY IS THE BEST DAY OF YOUR LIFE AND MAY BE YOU WILL NEVER GET TIME TO LIVE IT AGAIN. SO TRY TO LIVE TO THE FULLEST. HELP OTHERS AND IF YOU R A STUDENT THEN TRY TO CONCENTRATE ON YOUR STUDIES. EITHER NOT MUCH BUT TRY TO ALTER YOUR MIND. LAZINESS IS A PART OF PASSIMISTIC ATTITUDE AND ALSO TAKE LOTS OF WATER. AS WATER HELPS LOT TO REMOVE THE NEGATIVE THOUGTHS. AND THEN IN TURN LAZINESS. OK.

It's all about exercise. When I go a few days without exercising, I feel so tired. It's amazing, really. The exercise gives me an insane energy boost.

Not food, but need forces any body to get up.Examples-Any lazy fellow will get up when he has much pressure to go for urine/ stools or when his tongue needs some thing to eat or when there is a bomb threat.. Ok.

to remain healthy one should take healthy food ,not bulky food.apart from food you should have regular duties to finish it in a given time .that makes us alert.if you are not having any external pressure to complete any type of work to finish it in time (like attending office etc...),then develop some hobbies: like going to a library to develop reading habit.you will be having physical exercise also while walking to library as well as alertness of mind.initially you start with reading humorous books.that keeps you going
also use your spare time answering questions in yahoo.you are sharing your knowledge with others.you will be addicted to it .you will be having no time to think about your tiredness.
in your enthusiasm forget not to take sufficient rest means sleep.
if you follow these simple things you will be happy for ever
