I would strongly advise you to visit the Dr, headaches that go on for longer than a couple of days and that are not helped by painkillers should be investigated. Especially with other symptoms like the dizziness.
Could be something simple, like dehydration from not drinking enough or maybe even not eating enough, could be hormonal to do with your periods but its best to go get it checked out.

It sounds like a migraine, and perhaps it is related to a hormone imbalance. I'm wondering why you haven't returned to a normal menstrual cycle after a year! You'd better see the doctor, but try this one simple thing too. Drink gatorade! Don't ask me why it works, but it does!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or
neck. Headaches can becaused by minor problems like
eyestrain, lack of coffee or moreserious reasons like
head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis andmeningitis.
Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Sounds like the blood pressure is going hay wire. Get your self into the dr. It could all be hormonal. A simple blood test can tell that. Are you breast feeding? Maybe lacking iron in the blood also. Get a sitter, and get your butt to the clinic.

The problem certainly could be hormonal. But also, how long has it been since you've had your eyes tested?
If you have muscle spasms in your back and shoulders from lifting the baby this could affect your circulation and thus headaches and dizziness.

Yes Tylenol is perfectly safe to take while pregnant. You just dont want to take anything with aspirin in it. But yes Tylenol is the number 1 thing to take for your headache if pregnant!
