I have too much acme
whats a good way to get rid of it quikly and painlessly w/o having to buy anything?
I would like to get rid of it in lik 2 wks

You can never have to much ACME, says the Coyote! But ACNE is a different story. You must wash your face often to get rid of oils and dirt!

ok... to get rid of it, you need to know what it's called. ACNE. Acme is a company. Second, try washing your face twice a day. Morning, and night. Second, try to take a shower every day. If it's still there after a few weeks, see a dermitologist.

Use a Ph balanced soap 5.5Ph this will counter act the acidic or alkaline areas that cause acne. It also removes excess oils without damaging the skin.

1. rinse face each morning and night for 5 minutes with warm water then wash with nuetragena face soap.
2. drink lots of water and get plenty of rest
3. don't touch your face unless you are washing it
4. avoid the following: all types of sodas as well as ice-cream, nuts, potato chips, pizza, and chocolate
5. a perscription of tetricyclin would help the process along

First it is Acne not acme.
Try using "Biore" face cleansing products .
It might be a girls product but it works great! ( :
