What does the word - siostrzyczko - mean in English?

This form is a diminuitive of "siostra" which means "sister", but as Polish is an inflectional language, this word-form "siostrzyczko" is in Vocational case (like if someone would address to you in that way). The Nominative is "siostrzyczka".
*NB: this word does not say if it is your big (older) sister or little (younger) sister.

It doesn't actually mean 'little sister, that would be ' mlodsza siostra' or mala siostra', but Siostrzyczko is a sweet word for sister, it's a term of endearment. like 'dog' sometimes we make it sweeter and say 'doggy'. This is what has been done with the word siostrzyczko.
