How do you let someone know its okay to approach if you cant yourself pluck up you courage to say hey...what sort of signal says I like you too...and how should you go about it should you be solo or "accidently" bump into them...I need some clever manouvre ideas on how to do this without chickening out?

i agree with whats been said;
the eyes are the window to the soul.
stare directly into his while you pass;
make sure its intense. winking is also
a good idea. smiling is a very good plan
as well. i would do this for a while before
I talked to him. maybe he will talk to you
first this way so you dont have to even
worry about approaching him!

Don't rely on the non verbal cue. Just say hey would you like to get together and do something? IE rollerskating, sporting event, dinner, movie. Just be prepared to dutch it the first time if you initiate it.

i have a nice smile so a smile has always worked for me, or (i know it sounds cheesy) a wink.
