My knickers are not too tight but the elastic seems to manage a way of cutting into me. and causing large sore fungal looking sores. Also I have huge red patches on the under parts of my breasts where I sweat badly because my breasts now sag and because they are large. I wear cotton bras. Any remedies?

After you take a shower try applying an antibiotic ointment that is petrolatum based until the sores are healed. Then use a good cream like Avveno daily. This works in both area's. Also get undies that have cloth around the elastic like fruit of the loom for ladies. Get some new well fitting bra's the lift... If this doesn't start to clear up after a week or so you might want to talk to your doctor. You could develop a bad infection. Also watch what kind of pants/tops you ware... stay away from anything that will hold the heat and moisture. I know this can be very painful. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.

To give the sores time to heal change th shape of knickers you wear. Try the shorts you can buy at Asda or other underwear stores....they have no elastic in the leg area and they are really comfy and some of them are sexy too!
This will enable the sores to heal without being aggrevated by any elastic.......but I would go to the doctors as something doesn't sound right, good luck love!

It could be a fungal infection called ring-worm which is caused by using tight clothing and sweat combined. You can use fungicidal creams like Ring guard or Itch guard to control it. Also avoid scratching the area repeatedly.

Go commando.

Or possibly a more serious suggestion could be for you to buy your knickers elsewhere? A different make could be the answer.

Sounds like you have a fungal infection to me. Try Canesten cream - get the one that has hydorcortisone in it, as this will help to relieve the itching as well as clearing up the underlying problem.

If that doesn't work, you should see your GP.

sounds like you could be allergic to elastic just like some people are to plasters! Try to keep the areas dry with talc

Shower more often and use Nizerol shampoo as a body wash. It sounds like you have a fungus that is aggrevated by sweat. (Fungi love heat and moist conditions)
