Mohammed does not appear in the Christian Bible. The canon of Scriptures were sealed (no new additions) by about 300 AD, when the council at Nicea got together to address the problem.
Mohammed wasn't even born for another 300 years.
The claim that Mohammed was the "promised comforter" is false. The comforter, or Paraclete, is the Holy Spirit; God's Presence to dwell (live) inside of us, as a guide for holy living. Mohammed, being human and mortal, doesn't even come close to qualifying! He did not remain "forever", much less does he live "inside" of us.
God's Spirit, however, CAN.
Mohammed is never mentioned by name in Holy Writ.
The idea of false prophets and false christs, however, DOES. Mohammed falls into that category.

Mohammad lived after the Bible was composed adn out of the geographical scope of the Bible writers. He's not mentioned in the Bible, but not for lack of respect. Likewise, Newton, Bach and Mother Teresa are not mentioned in the Bible either.

Not very much is known about Muhammad's early life, although he is widely believed to have been born in 570 C.E. in Mecca. The earliest accounts we have of him date to 750 C.E. with the book Life by Ibn Ishaq, more than one hundred years after Muhammad's death. Although this is the first and most basic source for information about the life of Muhammad for all Muslims, it does not present a very flattering portrait of him.
Given that, Muhammad's life is based almost entirely upon the traditional beliefs of adherents and not upon historically confirmable fact. Islam had entered into extended contact with Christianity, and some scholars suggest that Muhammad's biography was deliberately constructed in an effort to offer a contrast to the gospel stories of Jesus.at about the age of forty, Muhammad experienced "the Call," a common event for religious reformers and revolutionaries. According to his own reports, he was in a dream or dream-like state when he received instruction from God (through the angel Gabriel) on what he must believe and what he must do. These instructions were not a one-time event, however, and lasted throughout his life.

mohammed was never in the bible... muslims claim he is the messaih and a greater prophet than jesus, which is not true. They claim he is the messianic figure instead of jesus , which is not true. Jesus fulfilled the messianic prophesies, not mohammed. To put Mohammed over Jesus as more important is blasphemy. Jesus himself said he was the son of god, Mohammed refused to believe what Jesus said about himself, and so Jesus is treated like he was either a liar, or it is denied what he said. The closest defintion mohammed would fit, would be an anti-christ figure, which is warned against. Mohammed is a false teacher and presented another god, allah, to be worshiped, so in this sense, he is a pagan with a pagan god..
