can anyone tell me how to loose 25 pounds. Please what types of foods should I eat. and how often should I eat them?

Only one way. Exercise. You have got to start doing it regularly or diet alone will never work. Go to Curves. Join Weight Watchers. If you are serious, those two places will do it.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

If it is tight you can loose it. But if it is weight you can lose it.

Food alone will not cause weight loss. You will need to exercise as well. Examine the labels on food products to see what the calorie, carbohydrate, sugar, protein, salt and other content percentages are. Learn what the requirements are for your daily intake of each and stay within those parameters. Don't starve your body to lose weight but feed it properly and exercise it regularly.

I had to lose weight for my last movie. I had yogurt for breakfast and lunch and healthy choice meal for dinner. I only had time for my exercise bike. [20-30 minutes a day] it worked. I lost 27 lbs and the movie was a big hit.
