"ooo, ooo, ooo, ooo, ooo"
imediatly his speech writter jumps up and rushes over to president bush and wispers in his ear,
"Mr president, those are the olympic rings, your speech is underneath.

LOL, a good one. Whether it is true or not, your joke does give a good example of how people perceive George W Bush - as someone who is not too bright - how on earth did he even get to be a Governor, let alone President?
