Some christians are too keen to have their own interpretation of what it is to be made in God's image, and think that if you don't fit their own ideal then it is fine to criticise you. The most important thing is to be happy with who you are.

Clearly the reason your being rundown cause you probably aren't the bit sincere and you know it.
The sad truth is you probably will continue to be the devils advocate, and make sly remarks and twist the words of our Father to see if you can in your laughable way expose the truth.
Funny thing the truths already expose, been that way since forever, but you prefer the lies. God Bless, I hope you stop listen and talk to him he never left you, you know. Pray and learn. Visit a church try, just try it.
God loves you still so embrace him. Love.

good point - and a Scriptural one at that.
The Bible parallels this concept with a spring producing salt water and fresh water or a fig tree bearing olives.
how can we bless God with our mouths and then curse men who were made in Him image right afterward. We shouldn't, and no Christian can justify it rationally.
I'm sorry for the hurt caused by those who claim to follow Christ. Remember that there is a remnant of us who respect people and appreciate the Spirituality in everyone. Again, i'm sorry for what they have done; please don't let it hurt your view of Christ.

Don't worry, Yahoo is cleaning house on ALL sides and all the infighting will be eliminated on ALL sides probably by the end of the year. I don't personally agree with it, I like challenging debate, but Yahoo seems to be tired of it and are cleaning house, removing people, questions and answers without any regard to their accuracy, truthfullness or validity.
It's about ettiquette and in short order that will be the policy here, so you won't have to worry about it anymore.

It's not you, it's probably that they find your questions or answers insulting. You may not know what you are talking about. What does it mean to be "created in God's image"?

Christians are humans, too, and they make mistakes and hurt people. But it's definitely wrong for ANY one to run others down for whatever reason because God told us to love one another. I'm sorry to hear what happened to you. I'm sure you deserve better treatment.

Of course you are. I am sorry that they run you down - they are not supposed to. We are supposed to show the love of Christ. May the Lord richly bless you.

'Tis not the part created in His image that we run down, it's the sad condition of your heart.
